Rahul Gandhi coz he is doing good by travelling from village to other village n trying to understand the situation n conditions or steps to be taken to improve INDIA bt at the same time he is nt so mature to handle the post of Prime Minister which is full of pressure n responsibilties, so Ultimately Sonia Gandhi is more Experienced n Mature.
