What foundation is the best to use with a stippling brush?

I used Covergirl's Clean Liquid Foundation (for oily skin). They also have one for sensitive and one for normal. You could also try Rimmel London's Lasting Finish which is also liquid. It's FANTASTIC! The Clean foundation is around $5-6 and Rimmel's is around $7-9.
