Is this a sensitivity to light?

Okay, i have these about 2 times a week. So I'm in a room that's not lit up very well and decide to go into another room. when i turn on the light it's like blood is rushing to my head and my vision is very hazy and i try to grab on to something so i don't fall down because I'm also very dizzy. It last for about 5 to 10 seconds. Is this something i should be worried about?
