Sonia and Manmohan are practically invisible these days so who is the real "maibaap" of the Govt. & country?

I think Kapil Sibbal. And later on Manmohan Singh & Sonia Gandhi find it hard to disown his actions. They will loose the face if it becomes known that Kapil Sibbal is pulling the strings in government.
