Peach fuzz powder question?

So, I use 'Sonia Kashuk perfecting luminous' foundation ( in vanilla), and then a light dusting of foundation powder over it to set it, but the powder REALLY defines all the little hairs on my face (peach fuzz?). What powders should I use/not use to reduce this? 'cause I need something to set the foundation, or else it runs....help?
