How to deal with this???????

okay so i meet my bestie in 7th grade her name is priscilla. i'm a junior in high school and it seems like she has forgotten about me she went to the same school as me freshman year and this sophmore year that just ended she went to a different school. There she meant new ppl and made new friends which i knew was going to happen but she meet some other girl and on myspace she has a bunch of pictures of her and priscilla calling each other sisters and stuff i've been to her house 2 times maybe and the other girl sonia has already sleept over her house. She is moving schools again this year coming up our junior year and she wants me to go with her i told her i would but it's been a month that she hasn't talked to me and didn't even call or txt me happy birthday. i don't know it seems like every other person has a bestfriend that they would die for and ME?? i don't think i have one anymore :( it just makes me sad what should i do? And now i don't know if i want to switch schools for her because i just feel like she doesn't care if i go anyways?
