Does anyone have Sonia Allison's "A Pleasure to Cook"?

Help!! I had a clearout recently and am devastated as think this book went to the charity shop in error! There was one recipe for Steak au Poivre (might be indexed as Pepper Steak) which I loved. I've tried others but none even come close to Sonia's. Are there any kind souls out there who would be willing to write out the recipe for me? I've tried searching online without any joy :-(. Thank you!
